Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will uphold the client's self-determination and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.
About the position
We are looking for someone who can provide reliable support during leisure activities. The young man is interested in music and sports, social, and full of energy – and sometimes he needs extra help to stay safe and manage his emotions.
You will:
- Participate in choir, football, floorball, and other activities.
- Support during social situations and anxiety episodes.
- Create security and presence in daily life.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is calm, attentive, and stress-resistant. Can act quickly in the event of risky behaviors.
Preferred qualifications: Interest in sports and experience working with individuals with disabilities.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:
The current employment form is hourly employment. The position involves work during daytime, evening, or nighttime.
Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations will be in accordance with collective agreements.
Start date:
As soon as possible or according to agreement.
