Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will respect the client's autonomy and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.
About the position
Do you want to be a reliable support and create music together? We are looking for someone who wants to join in on home music adventures! The young man is social, full of energy, and loves to play, sing, and create sounds – sometimes he needs extra help to stay safe and manage his emotions.
What you will do:
- Create your own songs and rhythms
- Mixing, beats, and small music projects at home
- Walks in the forest around the corner

- Can act quickly in response to risky behaviors
- Is flexible with evenings and weekends

Working hours, employment level, and salary:
The current employment form is "hourly employment." The position involves work during daytime, evening, or weekend hours.
Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, with other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
