Personal Assistant for 17-Year-Old Girl in Tibro

Then you might be the female assistant I am looking for. I am a 17-year-old girl living on the outskirts of Tibro with my family. I need assistance with personal care, supervision while I sleep, taking my medications, helping me attend various activities, and providing support in my daily life where my disability imposes limitations. I have a muscle impairment that requires me to perform stretching exercises regularly. I do not have spoken language and communicate using pictures, body language, gestures, my communication book PODD, and my digital communication aid. I also have a pointing lamp to assist me. Additionally, I have epilepsy, so I need help if and when I have seizures. I eat through a gastrostomy tube, and it is beneficial if you have experience with this; otherwise, I will teach you. Experience or training in this area is a plus. We wish for applicants to be women who are cooperative and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. You should genuinely enjoy working with children. Ideally, you should have at least a nursing assistant qualification or equivalent, along with previous experience working with children. We prefer candidates who have experience with autism, gastrostomy feeding, and tube feeding. The team surrounding our client is important, so we will place great emphasis on personal suitability and ensuring a good rapport between you and our client. A driver's license and access to a car are required. The need for staff is primarily on weekday afternoons from 14:30 to 21/21:30, as well as during school holidays and weekends from 09:00 to 21:00. There is an opportunity for a regular schedule for the right person.
