About this role
We are looking for an assistant for approximately 30 hours per week to join our team supporting one of our clients. You will receive training and an introduction at the workplace.
As a personal assistant to our client Elias, a 25-year-old man, you will assist with many aspects of his support needs. He lives with his mother, father, and siblings in a house in Veinge. He requires significant support with his communication, so it is very important that assistants have an excellent command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Elias enjoys taking walks, but he also likes playing games, which means he spends some time in front of a screen.
Assistant's Role and Experience
We prefer applicants who have previous experience working as a personal assistant. Experience with tube feeding is an advantage. Elias uses assistive devices such as a wheelchair, ceiling lift, electric wheelchair, and night mask, so knowledge or experience with any of these is a plus. We are looking for someone who is organized, responsible, and has a big heart.
Desirable Experience
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience with tube feeding.
• Experience with ceiling lifts.
• Experience with night masks.
Working Hours / Employment Rate
• Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week.
• Immediate start or as agreed.
• Shifts are distributed across daytime/evening/night/weekend.
About Salary
• We apply a salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
