We are looking for someone to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for a woman in her 50s living in central Stockholm. The client's interests include dance, horses, and fitness. Please attach a photo of yourself.
As a substitute, you need to be flexible and able to work during the absence of regular assistants, such as during vacations or illness, often with short notice. Primarily, you should be available to work between 21:00 and 07:00 several days a week, but it is also beneficial if you can work the hours from 07:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 21:00 occasionally. It is often possible to schedule work shifts relatively far in advance.
Your responsibilities will include, among other things: transfers, assistance, personal hygiene, providing support during the client's training, and accompanying her on various activities.
About you: We would appreciate it if you could attach a photo of yourself along with your application. We also prefer candidates with professional experience in care and support, as well as experience working as a personal assistant. You are patient, organized, non-smoking, responsible, and able to step up when needed while also being attentive and capable of taking a more reserved role.
You need to be mentally and physically strong, as there will be manual lifting and transfers involved.
Preferred qualifications: Good knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese.
Requirements: Non-smoking. Physically strong.
Working hours: 21:00 - 07:00 (3 hours of standby/on-call/"in the middle of the night"). Working hours may also include shifts between 07:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 21:00.
Scope: 2 substitutes as needed.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations, such as overtime/shift allowances, are in accordance with collective agreements.
