Personal Assistant Wanted
I am a youthful woman in my 40s seeking someone who wants to become part of my assistant team. I am a social and cheerful person who enjoys crafting, being creative, and working with my hands. I appreciate social contexts, going into town, and driving – therefore, having a driver's license is important to me, and sharing some of my interests is definitely a plus.
About the Role
As my personal assistant, you will be with me in my daily life, enabling me to live an active life on my own terms. You will help me with everything related to my daily routine – from dressing and meal situations to intimate hygiene and supporting me in activities I enjoy. I dress, eat, and drink to the best of my ability but need your assistance.
Based on my needs, I prefer a female candidate.
I am seeking someone who:
- Has a positive approach and patience to support me when I need help finding solutions.
- Has experience with low-affective approach.
- Is empathetic, attentive, and communicative – equally committed to understanding my communication style and supporting my communication with the world.
- Has a sense of humor, as I do.
- Speaks good Swedish to ensure effective communication.
- Is a non-smoker and can tolerate pets (I have a dog and cat nearby).
- Has a driver's license (a must for us to go on trips together).
- Has no physical limitations that would prevent supporting me with lifting and transfers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with alternative communication.
- Previous work as a personal assistant or in care services.

Work Hours: 12-hour shifts, either daytime or evening/night (sleeping on-call).
Scope: Hourly employment as needed with longer assignments during vacations. Workplace is wherever I am.
