About the Position
We at Bonzi are looking for new colleagues who want to work as personal assistants every other weekend on even weeks from 11:00-16:00 for our customer in Skuru (Nacka).
There will also be opportunities to work more during weekdays from 14:30-20:00, such as during illness or vacation.
The customer is seeking only female assistants.
Work Tasks:
• Helping with daily routines such as household chores
• Accompanying on activities, for example to the gym
• Assistance with preparations and planning
• Social interaction
About the Customer:
The customer is an active woman around 25 years old living in Skuru. She has a great interest in makeup and also enjoys working out at the gym and going on excursions.
Some work tasks might include cooking and cleaning the residence.
Are You Who We're Looking For:
We believe the ideal candidate enjoys working with people and can attend to others' needs.
As a person, you are calm, empathetic, confident, and socially perceptive. You read situations and can anticipate needs. Sharing her interest in gym training and makeup would be an extra plus.
If you can easily put yourself in another person's life situation, you have all the possibilities of becoming a great assistant.
Meriting Experience:
• Experience with Autism
• Experience with Low Arousal Approach
• Experience as a personal assistant or in healthcare and care
Requirements:
• Not allergic to pets (dog present in the home)
• Non-smoker
Scope: 1 position every other weekend. 1 substitute as needed.
Start Date: Immediate. Interviews conducted continuously and position may be filled before final application date.
Salary: Individual wage setting applied. Other compensation according to collective agreement
Important Notes for Application:
A prerequisite for employment at Bonzi is being able to show valid ID and submit a personal certificate and any documents proving work authorization in Sweden.
Minimum age requirement is 18 years old to work as a personal assistant, companion, or relief worker.
Many customers desire a criminal record check upon potential employment.
