We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant in the afternoons/evenings for a soon-to-be 18-year-old girl who lives with her family just outside Umeå.
The girl was born with a brain malformation that requires her to have assistance with everything in her daily life. She has a button on her stomach for all feeding, and she is in a wheelchair. The home is equipped with a lift for transfers. The girl enjoys listening to music, using her iPad, receiving massages, and going for walks when the weather permits.
We are only seeking non-smokers for this position. There are allergy-friendly dogs in the home. Previous experience as a personal assistant is not required; what matters most is personal suitability and feeling. We would like you to be an energetic person capable of taking initiative.
A driving license and access to a car are necessary since the work is performed in the home, approximately 30 km outside Umeå. Public transportation is not feasible in combination with the working hours.
Current working hours are scheduled for:
Monday-Thursday 14:30-21:30
Salary is to be agreed upon.
Additional Information: God Assistans cares for its assistants, has a collective agreement, and offers a wellness allowance of up to 4000 SEK per year.
