Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You will respect the client's autonomy and privacy, contributing to a smooth daily life.
About the position
The role of a personal assistant requires a strong ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.
We are currently seeking someone who meets the following criteria:
• Physically strong
• Experience with epilepsy/autism
• Can swim
• Tolerates pets, as both a dog and a cat are present in the home
• Is familiar with following cooking recipes
• Can speak Spanish
It is also advantageous if you:
• Have experience in similar work
Personal suitability will be given significant importance.
Working hours, employment rate, and salary:
The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts," and the position is 100%. The role involves working during daytime, evening, and weekends. The schedule is as follows:
Odd weeks:
Monday 9 AM - 3 PM
Tuesday 9 AM - 9 PM
Wednesday 9 AM - 3 PM
Friday 9 AM - 9 PM
Even weeks:
Monday 9 AM - 3 PM
Tuesday 9 AM - 9 PM
Wednesday 9 AM - 3 PM
Thursday 3 PM - 9 PM
Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM
Sunday 8 AM - 3 PM
Hourly wage according to agreement, and other compensations will be in accordance with the collective agreement.

As soon as possible.
