We are now seeking a personal assistant for a woman with cerebral palsy affecting her mobility, vision, and speech. She needs support in all aspects of her daily life - from personal care and hygiene to cooking, household chores, and activities. She enjoys horseback riding and going for walks.
We are looking for a woman between 19-50 years old who has a genuine interest in working with people. You are proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently. You need to be attentive, patient, and good at interpreting communication in ways other than verbal speech.
Monument Assistance always requires a criminal record extract before employment.
Job Responsibilities
* Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing
* Cooking and household chores
* Support during activities and in all daily moments
* Providing a safe and present support both practically and socially
About You
* Woman between 19-50 years old
* Independent, reliable, and responsible
* Able to collaborate but also good at working independently
* Experience in care or support is a plus but not required. We place great value on personal chemistry and a healthy approach to work.
About the Position
* Hourly employment as needed
* Start immediately
* We prefer someone who can work one weekend per month and be available weekdays between 4-9 PM
