As a Personal Assistant, you work based on each individual client's needs. The work takes place in the client's home and is guided by the client's needs and decisions from the Social Insurance Agency.
WORK TASKS
The work involves providing support, service, and care to the client based on an individually designed implementation plan. You will also help with leisure activities, cooking, hairdresser visits, and household work. We work according to the Act of Support and Service (LSS).
You will meet a person who needs your commitment, flexibility, and creativity to feel good in the company of others. You will be involved in people's lives and have some influence on your own work. You will provide others with quality of life, good and close care, and security, while also having the opportunity to develop as a person in humble encounters with others.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a female personal assistant for a woman outside Oskarshamn. A car and driver's license are required to get to the workplace. Working hours are during the day, evening, and weekend, including overnight on-call shifts. We are looking for someone with work experience who is responsible, flexible, calm, and proactive. You should have a good ability to see the big picture and understand the individual's conditions and needs. You are attentive, open, have good collaboration skills, and integrity with the ability to meet the individual in their challenges.
The job includes time in a stable, so there is a requirement to be able to work in a stable and handle horses together with the client. Therefore, a desirable competence is to have horse experience and feel comfortable in contact with animals. The position is 70% scheduled but offers flexible opportunities to increase work hours up to full-time.
