Personal Assistant Wanted for a Woman in Eskilstuna About the Client: The client is a 35-year-old woman living in Ärla, Eskilstuna. She lives with her family, which also includes pets. The client enjoys walking in the local area and watching movies, as well as taking trips to the city for dining and shopping. Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking someone who is confident, attentive, and independent in their professional role, with an understanding of what it means to work in another person's home. You should be patient and empathetic, and experience working with individuals who communicate non-verbally is preferred. Experience with alternative/augmentative communication is an advantage, but not a requirement. Previous experience as a personal assistant is also beneficial, but you will receive all necessary training on-site. You should not have allergies to pets, as there are several animals in the home. Out of respect for the client's privacy, we prefer female applicants. About the Position: The role involves providing support in the client's daily life, including assistance with personal hygiene. There are no heavy lifting or transfers involved. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, afternoon/evening, and sleeping night shifts, both weekdays and weekends according to a rotating schedule. Currently, we are looking for assistants who can work part-time, which means approximately 14 shifts per month, but we are also seeking on-call substitutes. We prefer applicants who can work all types of shifts. We are very committed to the working environment for our assistants.
