Personal Assistant Needed in Frölunda
A 46-year-old man in Frölunda is seeking a personal assistant for afternoons, from 2:00 PM–7:00 PM, 3-4 weekdays/week, and occasionally on weekends.
About Him:
He enjoys computers, films, and fantasy, and has a large collection of action figures. During the day, he attends daily activities.
He has no verbal communication and communicates through eye contact and body language, so you need to be attentive, calm, and patient.
He uses a wheelchair, and a lift is used for transfers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with meals, medication, and personal hygiene
- Tube feeding via PEG (experience is a big plus)
- Transfers using a lift
- Provide a calm and secure daily support
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Is physically strong and reliable
- Has a warm demeanor and enjoys working with people
- Has experience in similar jobs – but the right personality is most important
- Speaks and understands Swedish
You will receive training before starting to ensure both you and he feel comfortable.
The position starts as an hourly job and will transition to a fixed-term employment for the duration of the assignment, with approximately 50% working hours.
