Personal Care Assistant - Part-Time Position
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated personal care assistant to support an individual with specific needs in the Spånga area.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible 24-hour shifts with overnight on-call duty
- Experience supporting individuals requiring comprehensive assistance
- Strong communication skills with excellent Swedish language proficiency
Key Qualities:
- Humorous and adaptable personality
- Practical and engaged approach
- Ability to maintain structured support
- Experience with autism support (preferred)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks the individual cannot perform independently
- Support communication with others
- Provide personalized care according to individual preferences
Key Conditions:
- No pets allowed due to allergies
- Must be smoke and tobacco-free
- Workplace is wherever the individual is located
- Part-time/on-call scheduling
