At God Assistans, we are looking for a positive and dedicated personal assistant to support and facilitate the daily life of a cheerful 33-year-old man in Jönköping. Care is the foundation of everything we do and is essential for providing the best possible personal assistance. We are currently seeking a passionate individual who wants to become a valuable part of our team.
As a personal assistant, you will work with a happy and positive 33-year-old man. His main interests include HV71, gaming, and movies/series. Sharing any of these interests is a plus but absolutely not a requirement. He has a muscle disease that requires assistance around the clock. No prior experience is necessary to work with him, as he will provide on-site guidance, and he has a team of excellent assistants available.
A work shift includes, among other things, that you:
* Assist with most daily activities, including personal hygiene.
* He uses aids such as a tracheostomy, PEG, ventilator, and cough machine.
* Help him with everyday tasks.
* It is important that he feels safe with you and that you recognize his needs.
* He has his own automatic car, so a valid driver's license (B) is required as you will be driving it.
His assistants will also train you on-site during the introduction.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a driver's license.
* Speaks fluent Swedish and has good communication skills.
* Is over 18 years old.
* Has no allergies to furry animals, as the family also includes a cat and a dog.
* Is attentive and able to take initiative.
* Is a confident person with good self-esteem.
Employment Rate:
We are looking for someone who wants a permanent position of approximately 50% - 60% with the possibility of more.
Working Hours:
Can be scheduled for days, evenings, and awake nights.
