About this role
One of my current assistants is moving on to new challenges, and I am now seeking someone who wants to work full-time and provide support in my daily life. I have 5 assistants during the day, and we always have double staffing.
About me and the role: I live in a villa not far from Gnesta, and you will work in my home, where assistants have their own living room/common room/kitchen, etc. All the tools needed for the work are already in place.
Since public transportation can be limited, especially on weekends, I prefer that you have a driver's license and access to a personal car. We sometimes also use my automatic car in daily life.
Several assistants have chosen to stay with me for a long time, which has given them extensive experience and knowledge of my support needs. Therefore, there are good opportunities for you to receive a secure introduction and the support you need to settle into the role. I enjoy working with people who are flexible and quickly find their place in new contexts, both in terms of tasks and colleagues.
About you: I am seeking someone who is confident, responsible, and has a genuine interest in working with people. You need to be able to work independently, be attentive, and easily adapt to different situations. You should speak and write Swedish fluently. Previous experience in similar work is a significant plus, but not a requirement.
Working hours: The position is 30-38 hours per week according to a rolling 6-week schedule. Work shifts are between 08:00–20:00 or 08:00–22:00, including weekends. The schedule provides good advance planning and longer continuous periods of time off.
