ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Kura Omsorg are currently seeking three personal assistants who want to work with our client in Trollhättan. As an assistant to our client, you will work according to a fixed schedule of approximately 75%. You are expected to work both weekdays and weekends, with shifts scheduled during the day and evening. The position will commence at the turn of the year 2025/2026, as agreed.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 30s with cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair. She works 50% and in her free time, she trains and competes at a high level in framerunning. As an assistant, you will accompany the client in her daily life, both at work and in her training activities. You will assist with everything that may be needed in everyday life. Furthermore, the client has a good sense of humor and enjoys joking around. She has also recently started air rifle shooting.

Our client prefers female assistants and is looking for someone who is passionate about working with people and can analyze the needs of others. You should be attentive, proactive, solution-focused, and engaged. We appreciate a sense of humor and an easy laugh, as personal suitability is highly valued. The client leads a very active lifestyle, and as a personal assistant, you should also enjoy training and a lively environment. It is also important that you are able to travel, both domestically and internationally, as she participates in several competition trips.
REQUIREMENTS
• Non-smoker
• B driver's license
• Good language skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements. Your application will be reviewed by employees at Kura Omsorg, the client, and relatives.
