Job Description for Personal Assistant
As my personal assistant, you will provide support and help me with everything in my daily life. I am looking for someone who is responsible, has a great sense of humor, and retains a childlike spirit!
I enjoy having activities happening around me and lead an active life with various daily pursuits. I love music and sports, people, and going on different little adventures, and I hope you share these interests!
Who are we looking for?
We are seeking someone who is committed and respectful. We would like you to have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. To work effectively with the client, we prefer an assistant who is attentive, cheerful, and meticulous.
We would like you to:
• Be a non-smoker.
• Be available to work flexible hours - day, evening, night, and weekends.
• Be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• Have experience or education in care and support (this is a plus but not a requirement). Experience with various types of assistive devices is an advantage.
Additional Information
Employment Type: Temporary (maternity cover)
Scope: 90% starting January 2026
Working Hours: Day and night (including 4.5 hours of waiting time) Shifts of approximately 12 hours. Every other weekend.
Start Date: By agreement
We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given significant importance.
If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to provide proof of a valid work permit or be exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
