I am seeking a part-time substitute who wants to work as my personal assistant. I am a 27-year-old woman who attends daily activities and requires personal assistance with variable work hours. The position involves working as needed with flexibility, where you can request shifts in the schedule. I love music and live in my own apartment.
For this position, experience with autism is preferable, and speaking Finnish or fluent Swedish is required, as communication is important to me.
As a part-time substitute, the job involves variable work hours, including evenings and weekends. You should be proactive, responsible, and able to recognize what needs to be done in each situation. I have dual assistance, which means we are often two people working with me.
Finnish language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
