ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Kura Omsorg are seeking someone who wants to work as a personal assistant at 100% for our client living just outside Falköping. The work schedule includes both weekdays and weekends, and you will primarily work shifts with waiting time during the night. There is some flexibility to influence the schedule based on individual preferences. In the mornings and during activities, you will work alongside a colleague, as double assistance is applied.
Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a cheerful and social man in his 30s with a great sense of humor and a twinkle in his eye. He uses a mobility scooter and communicates via a lightwriter—a communication device. He has a strong interest in activities of all kinds—big and small. This can range from video games, music, and movies to bowling, hockey games, and weekend trips. He enjoys when things happen, but also appreciates the everyday aspects of life.
The work as an assistant is primarily carried out at home, but also at the daily activities where he works. You will be his companion and support in daily routines and experiences.
Your tasks will include, among others:
• Assisting with personal hygiene, transfers, meals, and exercise
• Helping out at home and at his workplace
• Being present during activities and social contexts

You are a reliable and trustworthy person who can work independently but also collaborate with others in a shared working approach. You are positive, attentive, and flexible—with a light-hearted and humorous attitude.
Experience in care work is advantageous but not a requirement—personality fit is of utmost importance.
REQUIREMENTS
• A valid driver's license (B) and access to a car to commute to and from the workplace.
Employment rate: 100%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.
