ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are seeking someone who wants to work as a personal assistant for our client in Holmsund, Umeå. The position is 70% and the work schedule includes daytime and evening shifts on weekdays and every other weekend.
Working hours:
• 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• 03:00 PM - 08:00 PM
Start date is according to agreement, and we would like you to begin the introduction as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a teenage girl with a great interest in music, play, exercise, swimming, outdoor activities, and spending time with her siblings. She needs your support as a personal assistant in her daily life as she has cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and epilepsy.
Responsibilities:
• Assistance with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
• Support with transfers and tube feeding
• Communication using sign language and visual aids
• Motivating and encouraging during training and play
ARE YOU THE ONE WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with people and the ability to analyze and understand others' needs. You are attentive, proactive, solution-oriented, and have a positive attitude. We particularly value your ability to motivate and encourage when the client's own drive needs to be strengthened. It is a plus if you share the client's interest in outdoor activities. Personal suitability is of great importance.

REQUIREMENTS
• No allergies to furry animals
• Able to tolerate chlorinated water
• Ability to perform heavy lifting
• Non-smoker

• Experience as a personal assistant
• Experience with sign language
Employment rate: 1 position at 70%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
