Hello! I am a man nearing 40 years old and I am now seeking an assistant for my team. The position is available for 50-100%. As my assistant, you will work shifts, which include days, evenings, nights, and every other weekend. I have a CP disability and need assistance with most aspects of my daily life. It is important to me that you support me in a way that allows me to be involved. I enjoy sports, training, and spending time with friends and family. The qualities I appreciate in my assistant include honesty, attentiveness, initiative, and responsibility. I am looking for someone who is accustomed to working in a team, can collaborate easily, and can take instructions on how I would like my assistance. As an assistant, you will be offered 40 hours of paid orientation, wellness benefits, and a collective agreement through Fremia (KFO) Kommunal. Salary will be set individually.
