As an assistant to this lively girl, your role will be to provide support in all aspects of her daily life. You will primarily work in her home, as assistance is provided where the client is located. You need to possess qualities such as empathy, confidence, self-motivation, and the ability to be a team player. You will always work alongside another assistant. The daily tasks involve being present, supporting, and empowering our client with everyday necessities such as hygiene and meals, as well as inspiring and engaging her in play and movement. This active and playful girl requires significant support in all areas of her daily life. You will primarily work in her home – assistance is provided where the client is. Here, you will be offered friendly colleagues and a playful, active client who truly appreciates her assistants. **Role and Experience of the Assistant** As a person, you need to be caring, meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Personal suitability is of utmost importance. You should be available for work year-round. You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects related to the client's needs and routines – it is important that both you as an assistant and our client feel secure. **Desirable Experience** - Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. - Experience in personal assistance. **Working Hours/Employment Level** - We need someone who can work 20–30 hours per week and every other weekend. - Weekdays from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and full days every other weekend between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. **Regarding Salary** - We apply salaries according to Fremia.
