The role involves supporting the woman in all aspects such as hygiene, meals, and household situations both at home and outside. The schedule is from 8 AM to 6 PM on weekdays and 9 AM to 3 PM on weekends, but for the right person, flexibility is possible.
The client prefers a cheerful and positive individual who is attentive, self-motivated, and responsible. You should be an animal lover and not allergic to pets (a dog is present in the home).
Due to the client's illness, she may come across as aggressive but is not outwardly confrontational, so it is essential that you do not take things personally and can maintain professionalism in your work. It is extremely important that you speak and understand the Swedish language perfectly!
• The woman uses compression garments, which means that long nails are not suitable.
• As an assistant, you will be the client's extended memory and will provide support through phone calls with authorities, which requires you to be attentive and speak fluent Swedish.
• The woman expects that as an assistant, you are self-sufficient and can take the initiative without constantly asking what needs to be done.
