We are seeking a woman between 30-50 years old for an almost full-time position and an hourly substitute with a heart in the right place! Work shifts are approximately 12 hours, day or night shifts. Night shifts are "awake" night shifts. Being a personal assistant is a responsible job that provides personal development and great joy in return. Your work is based on an implementation plan established to meet the client's needs and decisions. The work includes personal and some medical care such as assistance with meals, dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, and mobility. Delegated healthcare duties may also be required. About the Client: 37-year-old woman living in her own apartment in central Hedemora. The client has no verbal speech (uses some sign language signs and picture support) and uses a wheelchair, which she mostly drives herself. The client uses various assistive devices in daily life. The client needs help with daily tasks including hygiene, dressing, mobility, cooking and meal situations (receives nutrition via feeding tube as main nutrition with regular food as supplement), activities and household chores, social companionship with friends and family. The client enjoys participating in cooking and baking, likes various outings in the forest, walks, and more. Enjoys sewing, painting, and crafting. We Are Seeking: A woman between 30-50 years old. You are calm, attentive, responsible, flexible, and a good team player. Happy and positive. Experience in care or personal assistance is meritorious, but personal chemistry can be decisive.
