About Me:
I am a 61-year-old man living in an apartment in Älvsjö. In my daily life, I use a wheelchair and need some physical assistance. But above all, I am a positive and easy-going person with a great sense of humor. I enjoy reggae music, am a devoted Hammarby fan, and love cooking (and eating!) good food. I smoke, so it's important that you are comfortable with smoke in the home.
I am also almost completely blind and have poor hearing, so it's crucial that you communicate clearly, are observant – and comfortable taking personal responsibility when needed.
About the Job:
As my personal assistant, you will be my support in daily life. You will help me with:

Personal care (e.g., dressing, showering, transfers)
•
Household tasks (such as cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and cooking)
Work shifts are scheduled as follows:
•
Day shift: 08:00–16:00
•
Evening shift: 16:00–22:00
•
Night shift: 22:00–08:00 (on-call between 00:00–08:00)
It's common to work several shifts in a row, such as two or three consecutive shifts.
Initially, this is an hourly position, with the possibility of extension and potential fixed-term employment later.
Who Am I Looking For?
You who:

Are a woman (due to the nature of the work)

Are a smoker or don't mind smoke
•
Speak good Swedish
•
Communicate clearly and can take responsibility even without direct instruction
•
Are self-motivated, flexible, and attentive
•
Have a sense of humor and enjoy making a difference in another person's daily life
I appreciate someone who is social and pleasant, enjoys small talk – but also can sense when quiet is needed. The most important thing is that we enjoy each other's company.
