About this role
I am seeking an energetic and cheerful person who is patient, attentive, can read situations, and finds solutions in everyday life. I live with my family, and you will work alongside me in our home. You should feel comfortable working independently but also be easy to collaborate with colleagues, as I have double assistance.
I have physical and mental disabilities that require daily support. Your tasks will include helping me with personal care, mobility, training, and leisure activities. My interests are playing games, taking walks, and listening to music, so I would prefer someone who also enjoys these activities. The job will also sometimes involve accompanying me to hospital visits.
A healthcare education is advantageous, but personal suitability will be given the highest priority.
Work shifts will vary, and you must be prepared to work days, evenings, weekends, and nights with on-call duties.
About the recruitment process: We will contact interesting candidates on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. As part of our recruitment process, we always conduct a background check before employment.
