Personal Assistant on-call as needed - Södermalm

We are seeking a flexible personal assistant to work with an elderly woman in Södermalm with extensive care needs. The client prefers female assistants with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare and eldercare, preferably within personal assistance. Living in Södermalm or nearby is welcome but not required. You will find a stimulating workplace with a large work group where work is done alongside another assistant, which requires social skills and the ability to work collaboratively. As a person, you are positive, calm, and attentive with great patience. It is also important that you enjoy working with people and can communicate well verbally and in writing, as the client has limited speech ability. Respecting the client's integrity and self-determination is your approach to work. An interest in art, culture, and plants is appreciated. There is a cat in the home, so you cannot be cat-allergic if applying for this position. To be considered for this role, you must meet the requirements, including documented experience in healthcare and care work, as this is a significant part of daily duties. You must also provide two references from previous employers and a criminal record check. Working hours vary, primarily covering days and evenings, but also nights. We prefer candidates who are flexible and willing to work all types of shifts. During the paid introduction period, you will work alongside the regular assistant to learn all routines.
