We are now looking for reinforcement for one of our customers in Ă„lvdalen!
The customer is a woman in her 60s. She lives alone in an apartment and requires support around the clock.
You will be the driving force in her daily life, organizing activities and assisting with various tasks that may arise in the customer's everyday life, such as personal care, household chores, cooking, and home maintenance.
The working hours are varied, and you should be able to work during the day, evening, night, and weekends (on-call during the night may occur).
We prefer that you have prior experience in personal assistance, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. If you are a cheerful, empathetic, social, and engaged person, you will thrive and be well-suited for this job!

Working as a personal assistant can look very different depending on the type of disability the customer has, as well as the fact that we are all unique individuals, whether we have a disability or not. As a personal assistant, you compensate for what the customer cannot do independently, allowing them to live as others do to the greatest extent possible. Working in another person's home places significant demands on you as an assistant, and there may also be a family to consider. It is important to have a keen sense of how the customer wants things to be in different situations.
