I'm a social, active, and outgoing 25-year-old guy living with my family and our dog. I enjoy spending time with friends, and my family means a lot to me! I have a great passion for music and play guitar as much as I can! I regularly swim and engage in many outdoor activities. My disabilities mean I need personal assistance with all my basic needs, but equally important is helping me develop and pursue my interests. With your support, I want to live spontaneously and do what I feel like.
I'm seeking someone who is committed and responsible in their work and flexible in their approach. You will assist me at home, during leisure time, at daily activities, and at short-term facilities. Your workplace is wherever I am, so you should be able to accompany me on trips/camps and adapt to new situations.
I need cognitive support to feel secure, and for communication purposes, it's important that you are attentive to my signals and speak good Swedish. I prefer someone who shares my interests and is a person who highly values communication, has lots of energy, is creative and inventive, and has the ability to take initiative and see what needs to be done. If you can play guitar, that would be super fun, but it's not a requirement.
You should have generally good physical fitness as the job involves some lifting and moving. I want you to be a non-smoker.
Scope: The position is approximately 80%. Scheduled work hours include day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
