About the position: I am a cheerful and social 25-year-old woman living with my parents and brother in Hässelby, Stockholm. In my free time, I enjoy relaxing with series and YouTube, listening to music, having coffee breaks, shopping, going to the movies, and doing my nails. I like to savor small moments in everyday life and discover fun activities that bring energy and joy. Currently, I am unemployed and have applied for activity compensation, which means I usually stay at home during the day. I am now looking for a part-time personal assistant who wants to become a part of my daily life and support me in both practical tasks and the fun moments in life. Together, we can create a daily routine where I can be as independent as possible, with your support by my side. The tasks vary and may include: • Personal hygiene and care. • Assistance with dressing and undressing. • Support during meals and household chores. • Assisting with exercise and transfers. • Help with travel and activities. • Support during showers and toilet visits. • Accompanying me to social activities such as movies, coffee breaks, or shopping. Who am I looking for? I am looking for a woman who has a driver's license and can drive my car for work, has basic knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written, and is in good physical condition. Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in assistance or care, particularly the use of aids such as cough machines, ceiling lifts, and BiPAP (respiratory support). This is not a requirement but is seen as a plus. Personal qualities: It is important to me that you are someone who spreads positive energy and can easily adapt. I appreciate if you are: • Positive and have a sense of humor. • Independent yet attentive. • Outgoing, driven, and proactive. • Resilient and resourceful. Scope & Work Schedule: • Start date: By agreement. • Employment level: 50% on a fixed schedule. • Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately a month of hourly employment before the regular employment level is assigned, provided everything goes well. Recruitment Process & Employment Terms Recruitment Process: We will continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we find the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be processed by staff at ENKV assistance, along with the client, and any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a background check is always required. Employment Terms: To be employed with us, you must be at least 18 years old, able to verify your identity, and show that you have the right to work in Sweden. Additionally, a valid BankID is required since both the employment contract and time reports are signed digitally. To ensure high quality in the assistance provided, newly hired employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approximately 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment but no later than within a month from the beginning of employment.
