• It is an advantage to have a driving license and experience with alternative communication.
Your main tasks will revolve around being an important support in his daily life. You will assist with planning purchases and activities, support household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry, and assist with personal hygiene and exercise. During weekdays, he participates in daily activities, and in his free time, he enjoys being active – exercise is a significant interest. This provides great opportunities to share the joy of movement and community!
Scope & Work Arrangement:
• Start date: By agreement.
• Employment level: Hourly employed as needed.
• Contract: Introductory shifts and approximately one month of hourly employment before a regular employment level is assigned, provided everything goes well. This gives you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role.
• Work shifts: The work is scheduled throughout the day and includes night shifts on call. Flexibility is required, and you must be able to step in at short notice.

Recruitment Process & Employment Terms
Recruitment process: We will continuously contact candidates who are relevant for a first interview. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the application deadline. Your application will be handled by staff at ENKV Assistance, together with the employer, and any relatives, guardians, or other relevant parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a background check will be required.
Child Perspective in Recruitment: At ENKV, we carefully follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you are applying for a position that involves working with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment involving work with a minor client also includes training on the child perspective.
Employment Terms: If you progress in the recruitment process, you will need to provide identification and prove your right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you will need a BankID.
To ensure we maintain a high quality in assistance, new employees will undergo a web-based introductory training (approximately 1 hour), preferably before the start of employment, but no later than one month into the employment. Read more about the training here.
