JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) operation is seeking a personal assistant. The position is 65% with work hours only on weekends. A probationary period will be applied.
A personal assistant involves assisting another person with everything that entails, including personal care, help with communication, and creating a meaningful daily life. Social documentation and creating and following up on implementation plans are part of the job duties. The work is located in the client's home.
QUALIFICATIONS
• We prefer candidates with an approved certificate from the high school care and nursing program or other competence deemed equivalent by the employer.
• You are stable, calm, and easily adaptable to changing work circumstances.
• You are communicative and can clearly inform and ensure that information is understood.
• You can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
