About this role
Hi!
I'm looking for someone who wants to make a real difference – in my life and everyday routine.
Your workplace is also my home – a calm, nature-adjacent house surrounded by forest, just 15 minutes from town. Here I live, a 50-year-old woman with an acquired brain injury, intellectual disability, and autism spectrum traits.
I am warm, determined, and quick to laugh. Some days can be quiet, intense, or emotionally charged – on those days, I need someone who can meet me with patience, stability, and care.
About the Position:
I need support with most aspects of daily life: personal care, meals, communication, activities, and creating a sense of security and structure. Your work is not just about helping – it's about being present, understanding my rhythm, and creating a daily life where I can feel well.
I particularly enjoy:
Music, baths, sauna, horseback riding, car rides, and good food. You don't need to share all my interests, but having an open mind and appreciating a life of calm and care is important. In my home, balance, health, and consideration are crucial in everything we do.
I'm seeking someone who:
Is a secure, stable, and attentive woman
Has inner calm and can meet both stillness and strong emotions with presence
Takes pride in being an important everyday person – not just a "helper"
Provides structure, but also warmth, humor, and empathy
Has a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
Preferably has experience with neuropsychiatric disabilities (not a requirement)
Practical Details:
This is a temporary position over 1 year at 90% employment.
The first 3-4 months will be daytime shifts, with mixed schedules from 08:00-20:00 and 09:30-17:30.
After that, it's at least 1 year of night shifts from 19:30-08:30, covering a maternity leave.
