About the Clients
We are a 5-year-old girl and boy seeking a personal assistant in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our support needs primarily relate to physical tasks, which can sometimes be heavy, so we're looking for someone with good physical fitness.
We can communicate our wants, but it's important to be attentive and able to read body language. We'll learn most things together, as our needs are individual, just like for everyone else.
About You
We prefer someone with similar work experience, but of course, personal chemistry is most important.
It's crucial that our assistants are happy, imaginative, and take their own initiatives to create a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.
During the day, we attend preschool, and our assistants will accompany us. We'd like our assistants to encourage play with our peers while maintaining a low profile.
Position
80-90% employment. Shifts are during the day, evening, weekend, and awake night shifts.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Swedish, spoken and written
- Background check for working with children under LSS
- Background check will be performed
