We are seeking 1-2 active assistants for a young boy who has autism and experiences many epileptic seizures each day. The employment rate will depend on preferences and compatibility with the client, with the possibility of full-time work. He is looking for active assistants because he loves being outdoors and enjoys cycling or walking. The client does not communicate verbally but understands when spoken to clearly. Therefore, it is important that you speak clear Swedish. For most of the working hours, two assistants will work together. The working hours are primarily scheduled for days and evenings, but the goal is to also include nights in the future. The client lives outside Katrineholm, so you will need a driver’s license and a car to get to work. Bus schedules do not work for this location. There is a cat in the home, so you must not be allergic. We are looking for someone who: - has a driver’s license and a car - is calm and secure, and does not get stressed - has good physical fitness - speaks clear Swedish Experience with low-arousal approaches and different types of epilepsy is a plus.
