The Role of Personal Assistant with Us In this workplace, you will always have the support of a colleague, as the assistance user is double-staffed around the clock. You will also be surrounded by a team of colleagues, method developers, and a manager. You will work based on the individual needs of the assistance user by providing support in personal care, practical tasks at home, and leisure activities. The assistance user (male) requires deeper support in the form of advanced medical interventions. Your Profile As a person, you are professional in your interactions and attentive to your surroundings. You find it easy to collaborate and share responsibilities with your colleagues. You take responsibility for both your own and your colleagues' work environment. You see opportunities in changes, take initiative, and bring new approaches to work-related issues. Personal suitability will be given great importance. We are looking for someone who: - is at least 18 years old - does not have pet allergies, as there is a dog in the workplace - is a certified nursing assistant or has several years of experience in similar work - expresses themselves well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work - can work both day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend - is flexible and willing to support other assistance users as needed It is advantageous if you have: - education focused on care and welfare - previous experience working as a personal assistant - relevant delegation Our Offer and Additional Information We offer both permanent and temporary part-time/full-time positions with start dates according to agreement. Your employment degree will be adjusted based on your employment type. For those hired permanently, you will work on a rolling schedule covering all days of the week. Shifts will include daytime, evening, and every other weekend. We plan the working hours based on a reduced working time of 37 hours/week.
