**Job Responsibilities**
As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for conducting high-level car transactions involving the sale of both new and used vehicles. Your role includes guiding customers through our products, facilitating test drives, and providing information about accessories and financing solutions. The position also involves engaging with our customers, creating business contacts, and ensuring the highest possible customer satisfaction. The main goal is to build long-term customer relationships with a positive and professional attitude.
**Key Competencies/Abilities:**
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in building long-term relationships, where you establish trust with both customers and colleagues through your responsiveness and problem-solving skills. You are goal-oriented and thrive in taking responsibility in a dynamic environment where collaboration is crucial for success. With your unpretentious approach, you are driven to find new business opportunities and exceed customer expectations.
Furthermore, we see that you have:
- A few years of sales experience.
- The ability to independently plan and structure your work in a fast-paced environment with varying tasks.
- A valid driver's license (B category).
- Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in the automotive industry is a significant plus.
