The Obstetric Unit is part of the Women's Clinic at Linköping University Hospital. The Women's Clinic's mission is to provide healthcare in gynecology and obstetrics, education, and research. The obstetric inpatient unit consists of delivery/antenatal ward, maternity ward, and maternity clinic. Care is provided in modern facilities close to neonatal intensive care and surgery.
Job Responsibilities
As a personnel coordinator at the Maternity Ward/Delivery Unit, you will have the overall task of supporting and assisting the clinic's four care unit managers with various work tasks. In the role of personnel coordinator, you are a key person at our clinic, often having the first contact with various employees, students, and internal and external partners.
Your tasks will include:
Supporting and assisting care unit managers at the Maternity Ward/Delivery Unit
Working in our personnel administrative data system, SD Worx and TESSA
Managing short-term absences
Assisting with vacation and training planning
Planning for new hires
Two personnel coordinators work at the Maternity Ward/Delivery Unit, responsible for the unit together. We are now seeking a temporary replacement for one of our colleagues.
About You
To succeed in your role, we see that you are independent and prefer to work under your own responsibility. It is also of great importance that you have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others, are service-oriented, and are available to the group.
This role involves a wide variety of tasks, and no two days are the same. We therefore find it crucial that you can easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. You are welcome to be skilled with various IT systems and digital solutions.
You are a healthcare administrator or have other relevant administrative competence, preferably with expertise in wages and labor law. We consider it meritorious if you have had similar assignments before and/or have experience with our IT systems SD Worx/TESSA. We also see it as very positive if you have good computer skills and can handle various Office programs without difficulty. To succeed in the role, we also see that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
