About this role

Are you a skilled planner with a sense of structure and collaboration? Do you want to be the spider in the web that creates the conditions for air traffic control to function through scheduling and administration? Then the role of Personnel Planner might be for you. We are now seeking two Personnel Planners for our control center in Malmö. Resource Unit is part of the En Route department and we are located in two locations in the country, Stockholm (Arlanda) and Malmö (Sturup). The group consists of 8 employees who primarily work with resource planning, scheduling, and administration related to our resource planning for the En Route department. About the Position As a Personnel Planner, you will work together with colleagues and managers within the En Route department. You are responsible for planning our operational personnel, which involves scheduling around the clock and throughout the year. The position primarily consists of schedule planning based on staffing plans, staffing rules, and employees' preferred schedules. Scheduling work involves working closely with managers and employees in daily operations. A role that can be periodically intense but always rewarding and meaningful. Who Are You? Your meticulousness makes it natural for you to follow rules and routines. You enjoy collaboration and see yourself as a natural part of the organization's collective mission. At the same time, you are comfortable working independently and take responsibility for providing high-quality support to the operation. You are curious, eager to learn new things, and willing to share your skills and experience. Your analytical ability and logical thinking help you quickly find solutions to emerging problems. You have: • Documented experience in scheduling shift work personnel • Relevant education in administration or equivalent work experience assessed by the employer • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Good skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Meritorious: • Experience with scheduling in the Heroma system Additional Information The position is a permanent employment located at Sturup.
