About the Role
As a HR administrator, you will be a key person in our administrative team. You have a few years of experience with administrative tasks, preferably within HR but not a requirement. Experience with labor law is a big plus. You have an eye for detail and are always ready to help where needed.
Main Responsibilities
• Administration of our HR system Flex HRM
• Approval and review of time reports and expenses
• Handling employment contracts, time reporting follow-up, analyses, maintenance
• Employee onboarding and offboarding
• Recruitment
• Vacation planning
• Reporting to authorities
• Preparation of material for salary revision and employee reviews
• Payroll material for external party handling payroll
• Follow-up work
• Preparing material for MBL negotiations and conducting negotiations
• Handling personnel issues
• Vehicle fleet administration
• QEH - Quality Environment and Workplace Health – coordinator and requirements setter together with responsible party
• IA – incident management - coordinator and requirements setter
• Responsible for Winningtemp and other personnel systems
• Ongoing work with employee handbook, policies, etc.
• Training
• Simple accounting tasks
You will work independently on your tasks but have colleagues with other areas of responsibility within the team. We are a tight-knit team where everyone takes responsibility for their tasks and supports each other when needed. The position involves close collaboration with colleagues across the organization, so we are looking for someone with good social skills, easy collaboration, and self-motivation.
You are unpretentious, have a positive attitude, and highly value accuracy. Your work experience weighs more heavily than your formal studies – we look at who you are and what you can achieve! You are most comfortable working at our office, just a stone's throw from Avenyn.
