**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Do you want a key role that makes a difference every day?
As a Personnel Administrator with us, you will be an important part of payroll services and a reliable point of contact for both managers and employees within the administration. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly from employment contracts and onboarding of new hires to the termination of employment. You will follow up on time reports and absences together with unit managers, prevent incorrect payroll payments, and provide support through training in our payroll systems Personec and Lasia. You will also work with LAS management and ensure that laws and procedures are followed. Additionally, you will play an active role in the salary review process.
A central part of your role is to manage mail handling across the entire administration. This means ensuring that incoming and outgoing mail is handled correctly and securely according to current procedures and guidelines. Your presence is crucial for the flow to function; you are the one who holds the task together and guarantees that sensitive information is handled with the utmost care. Furthermore, you will be responsible for issuing ID cards and company cards, including ID06 for construction sites, which is an important part of ensuring permissions and creating security in operations.
You will be a natural contact person for payroll issues and work closely with payroll accountants and payroll administrators. Finally, you will ensure that the intranet is updated and that the unit's communication needs are addressed so that everyone has the right information at the right time. You contribute to maintaining quality, following laws and guidelines, and providing managers and employees with the support they need to focus on core operations.
We believe you are an engaged and caring person who enjoys working closely with others. You are down-to-earth and wise, with the ability to listen and build trust. You see the big picture and understand your role within it, while also having an eye for details that make a difference. Your combination of structure and warmth makes you a person that both colleagues and managers appreciate having by their side.
