About the position
We are currently seeking several dedicated and self-motivated individuals for full-time temporary positions in machine work in Jönköping. As part of our team, you will work within the manufacturing industry and perform various tasks related to machines and production. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and managing machines, performing basic maintenance work, and ensuring that production adheres to established guidelines and quality requirements. We are looking for individuals who are meticulous, responsible, and possess a good technical understanding. Previous experience in machine work or production is advantageous but not a requirement, as we offer internal training. Your main responsibilities
- Manage and monitor machines in the manufacturing industry
- Perform quality checks and ensure that products meet the company's standards
- Participate in production planning and ensure that deadlines and customer requirements are met
- Carry out maintenance work on the machines to ensure their optimal functioning
- Collaborate with colleagues and carefully follow work instructions and safety regulations
- Report any deviations or issues to the nearest supervisor for prompt action
- Contribute to creating an efficient and safe working environment for all employees
- Participate in training and continuing education to continuously develop your skills in machine work
- Maintain a proactive approach to improvement suggestions and efficiencies within production
- Perform other tasks that may arise within the manufacturing industry
Who are you?
As a person, you are meticulous, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. You thrive in a production environment and have the ability to maintain a high pace while ensuring the quality of your work. You are accustomed to following instructions and have no problem working both independently and as part of a team. Experience in machine work or similar tasks is advantageous but not required. The most important thing is that you are engaged and willing to learn new things.
You are flexible and have no issues working shifts or overtime when needed. You thrive in a physically demanding environment and have the ability to handle heavy lifting. Furthermore, you are communicative and have no problem collaborating with different types of people. You take responsibility for your work and always strive to deliver the best possible results.
