The swimming pool is part of the culture and leisure department. We are now seeking full-time staff.
Work Tasks
You will work in a swimming facility with typical tasks such as lifeguarding, swimming instruction, water aerobics, baby swimming, and other group activities. Your duties include all forms of facility cleaning and supporting staff in sports halls as needed. The position also covers cash register, reception, and café operations with varied tasks.
You will use the computer as a natural and important work tool. Scheduled work hours include day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
Candidates must be experienced swimmers and able to swim 25 meters, perform lifesaving at a depth of 3.6 meters, and tow an adult person 25 meters. Tests will be conducted before employment. Lifeguard or pool lifesaver certification is meritorious. Personal suitability will be given significant weight.

You are safety-conscious, responsible, engaged, and embody values of mutual respect, tolerance, and openness. Good collaboration skills are essential as you will work in a group with colleagues. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. Additional language skills are welcomed.

We offer a full-time temporary position until 2026-06-30, with start date by agreement. This position may transition to a permanent position.
