About this role

Robin's growth journey continues! We are therefore looking for a Google Ads Specialist, based in Stockholm or Växjö, who has solid experience in creating and optimizing search, shopping, and display campaigns. At the same time, the role requires you to have strong pedagogical skills as you will need to convey your knowledge and experience in an easily understandable way, both in dialogue with our clients and colleagues. Your daily life as our next Google Ads Specialist As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for your own portfolio of Google Ads clients, ensuring that each client maximizes the value of their campaigns. You will continuously work on optimization, analysis, and strategic improvements – both at the account level and campaign level. A natural part of the role also involves client contact, where you will onboard clients, follow up on results, and collaborate closely with our sales team. This is a role for someone who already has the fundamentals in place and now wants to grow, take on more responsibility, and deepen their expertise. We believe you have: • 2–3 years of experience with Google Ads – preferably from an agency or in-house • Experience in setting up and continuously optimizing all campaign types in Google Ads • Experience using GA4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and analyzing results • Worked with both B2B, B2C, and e-commerce • A curiosity to test new things, learn more, and stay updated on trends and features in digital advertising • Engagement and motivation to develop clients, strategy, and deliveries over time • A drive to work both independently and as part of a team • Insights and knowledge that you are eager to share with the team What you can expect from us A company with ambitions and the courage to pursue set goals. In this role, you will be part of our Nordic Customer Success team with our 8 employees located in our offices in Stockholm, Växjö, Oslo, Trondheim, and Copenhagen. You will work at our office in either Stockholm or Växjö. The culture at Robin is informal with high ceilings, and it is important to us that work is enjoyable while we carry out our daily tasks. We prefer that the majority of working hours are spent in the office, but there is some flexibility.
