The role is both broad and varied and provides you with the opportunity to develop yourself through your own consulting assignments while being responsible for leading and inspiring team members. As a People Manager, you will also have a place in the Swedish management group for Quality and will be involved in sales, marketing, and business and operational development activities. With us, you not only get to lead, but you will grow as a consultant and leader through continuous skills development and exciting projects.
About the Team
Our team consists of 30 people with strong cohesion and a mix of both junior and senior consultants. We have solid expertise in smart automated solutions, QA, testing, business analysis, requirements specification, and design. Every day, we ensure that our customers receive services and products that meet expectations. We focus on solving real problems and creating value both in the short and long term. We believe in openness, knowledge sharing, and having fun at work – this is how we create success together.
Who Are You?
We imagine that you have previous leadership experience and practical experience as a consultant in testing, quality assurance, or requirements specification. You have also worked in areas such as business development, sales, customer responsibility, or similar. To thrive with us, it is an advantage if you enjoy working closely with technology and staying updated on new solutions. Good skills in Swedish and English at a professional level are required.
