Your primary responsibility is to help in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and cultivate a positive work environment. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, focusing on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. The position is located in Sundsvall (Birsta), with an approximate duration of 1 year. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with the People & Culture team and assist in all aspects during the people calendar year as well as the employee journey, from attracting, sourcing, conducting interviews, hiring, preboarding, onboarding, development, talent management, etc., to offboarding. - Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their needs and provide HR guidance and solutions. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment by handling employee queries, grievances, and performance management. - Assist in the design and implementation of HR processes and policies, such as performance management, compensation and benefits, employee development programs, etc. - Participate in HR-related projects, such as diversity and inclusion, wellbeing, talent management, etc. - Utilize HR metrics and analytics to support decision-making and measure HR effectiveness/KPI. - Ensure compliance with local employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies. - Collaborate with other functions and external partners to deliver high-quality HR services. **Qualifications and Skills** - Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, organizational development, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR generalist or business partner in an international context. - Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures as well as Swedish labor law. - Adaptability: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace change. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Tech-Savvy: comfortable using HR software and tools. - Strong communication skills – articulate ideas clearly and build strong relationships. - Interpersonal skills for effective communication and engagement across diverse global teams. - Fluency in Swedish and English. **Application Process** We will conduct selection continuously, so send us your application today or before December 5th at the latest!
