About the job As a pension administrator in the public pension sector, your role involves informing and assisting the authority's customers through various channels such as phone, email, and case management. Communication and interaction with our customers are among the most important success factors for our effectiveness. Here, you can provide significant value and security for the authority's customers. In your role as a pension administrator, you ensure that our customers receive reliable information about their pensions and assist with the administration of their cases. You deliver a helpful, secure, and professional response, driven by a commitment to providing excellent service. The positions are located within the public pension department in either Stockholm or Söderhamn, with a total of 7 positions available. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers over the phone with inquiries about our benefits - Processing and making decisions on matters related to public pensions Your profile You enjoy working in customer interactions via phone, email, and case management. You are motivated by helping others. You have the ability to communicate in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing, and you can adapt your message according to your audience. We are looking for candidates who possess (mandatory requirements): - Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant work experience as determined by the employer. - Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have: - Current experience working in customer service in public pensions. - Current experience handling cases related to public pensions. Each year, we pay out approximately 415 billion Swedish kronor to 2.3 million pensioners, conduct about 911,000 fund switches, and send out 8 million orange envelopes.
