About the Job
As a pension administrator dealing with public pensions, your task is to inform and assist the agency's customers through various channels such as phone, email, and case processing. Communication and interaction with our customers are among the most important success factors for our success. Here, you can contribute significant value and assurance for the agency's customers.
In your role as a pension administrator, you ensure that our customers receive reliable information about their pensions and assist with the administration of their cases. You deliver a helpful, secure, and professional approach, motivated by the desire to provide excellent service.
The positions are located within the department for public pensions with placement in Stockholm or Söderhamn. A total of 7 positions are available.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting customers over the phone with inquiries about our benefits
- Processing and making decisions on matters concerning public pensions

You have relevant and recent work experience that the employer deems appropriate.
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements (MUST criteria):
- Postsecondary education or equivalent relevant work experience that the employer considers suitable for the position.
- Excellent ability to express yourself in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Relevant experience in customer service within public pensions.
- Current experience in case processing related to public pensions.

The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.
Placement in Stockholm or Söderhamn. A total of 7 positions.

The Swedish Pensions Agency is responsible for public pensions and provides information regarding the entire pension landscape. Each year, we disburse approximately 415 billion Swedish kronor to 2.3 million pensioners, conduct about 911,000 fund switches, and mail out 8 million orange envelopes. We have around 25 million digital customer contacts per year. There are approximately 1,700 employees at eight locations, from Luleå in the north to Halmstad in the south.
