We are currently seeking a Pension Administrator for an exciting consultant assignment with a well-renowned company in the financial sector. Location: Stockholm Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time, consultant assignment About the Role As an administrator, you will work on answering questions and handling cases from both companies and private individuals. The work takes place via phone and email and encompasses everything from simple queries to more complex administrative tasks. You will be responsible for: • Processing and following up on customer cases • Administrative tasks related to agreements, changes, and closures • Managing information regarding salary, premiums, and selections in various systems • Contributing to developing routines, working methods, and customer experience The work occurs in close collaboration with colleagues, but you are also expected to work independently and take initiative. The team has a strong culture characterized by cooperation, commitment, and humor, where team members help and learn from each other daily. Who We Are Seeking We are looking for someone with experience in pension work, for example from insurance companies, occupational pension administration, or similar areas. You should have a background in administration related to pensions, insurance, or member registries. We also want someone who enjoys combining customer service with meticulous administrative work.
